Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in daily operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding processes.



The intern will assist in drafting and updating HR policies, tracking attendance and leave, and supporting employee engagement activities and internal communications. Additional responsibilities may include organizing virtual events, compiling HR reports, and helping to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines. This is an internship role and is fully remote, offering flexible collaboration with team members across locations and exposure to HR practices in a dynamic, education-focused organization.
Qualifications
• Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management.
• Ability to support HR Management activities, including recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of basic HR Policies and Employee Perks and willingness to learn regulatory and compliance aspects.
