Position: Project Head – Real Estate
Location: Zirakpur / Tricity
Experience: 15+ years in Real Estate / Construction Project Management

Key Responsibilities :

* Overall planning, execution and timely completion of real estate projects
* Manage construction activities, contractors, consultants and vendors
* Ensure quality, cost control, timelines and project safety standards
* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP and other stakeholders
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
* Manage project budgets, resources and contractual matters




* Ensure statutory approvals and regulatory compliances
* Lead and motivate the project team for effective project delivery
