Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Mumbai. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, provide information about loan products and services, and record customer details accurately in the system. Daily responsibilities include explaining eligibility criteria, clarifying documentation requirements,



and assisting clients through basic application processes. The role involves following up on leads, scheduling appointments for senior advisors, and maintaining call logs and reports. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales and advisory teams to support lead conversion and ensure a skilled and courteous customer experience.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of financial products such as personal, business, home, and property loans, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and follow structured calling scripts and guidelines.
• Proficiency in using computers, CRM or call management software, and maintaining accurate records.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
