Role Description The Digital Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the individual will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive lead generation and brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include developing performance marketing strategies, conducting market and audience analysis, managing budgets, tracking key metrics, and preparing performance reports. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing,



and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals and continuously improve conversion rates and return on investment.
Qualifications

• Solid market planning and marketing skills to design and implement effective digital performance campaigns.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis to understand audiences, competitors, and trends.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present campaign insights clearly.
• Sales and marketing acumen to support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion initiatives.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Ability to work with KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
