We are looking for a high-octane Relationship Manager – Unlisted Equities who thrives on high-ticket dealmaking, unearthing pre-IPO unicorns, and opening doors for India's top HNIs, UHNIs, and Family Offices. If you have a deep passion for late-stage venture capital, financial markets, and building wealth in off-market equities before companies hit the main board—this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do (Your Mission)
• Hunt & Build: Acquire and cultivate an elite portfolio of HNIs, UHNIs, Corporate Treasuries, and Family Offices looking for high-alpha pre-IPO investment opportunities.
• Master the Pre-IPO Pipeline: Pitch high-conviction unlisted deals, late-stage private equity offerings, and AIFs backed by institutional-grade research.
• Drive Channel Distribution: Partner with top Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Wealth Managers, and Sub-Brokers to amplify our reach and syndicate nationwide deals.
• Navigate Complex Deals:



Lead the end-to-end deal cycle—from initial valuation pitches to off-market Demat transfers (DIS/NSDL/CDSL execution).
• Deliver Intelligence: Act as a trusted private-market advisor by keeping clients ahead of valuation trends, regulatory changes, and upcoming IPO lock-in windows.

Qualifications & Secret Weapons
• Experience: 3–7+ years in Unlisted Equities, Private Wealth Management, Pre-IPO Distribution, or Investment Banking.
• Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Business, or Economics (MBA/CA/CFA is a big plus).
• Certifications: NISM Series V-A, X-A/X-B, or XXI-A certifications preferred.
• Network: Established relationships in the wealth ecosystem
