Role Description The Senior Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for driving strategic growth and partnerships for LearningShala. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities,



generating leads through multiple channels, and conducting market research to understand trends in online higher education. The associate will develop and deliver impactful presentations to institutional partners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders, clearly communicating LearningShala’s value proposition and services. Daily activities include nurturing relationships with prospective and existing partners, collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, preparing performance reports, and contributing to revenue-focused initiatives. The role also requires consistent follow-up, pipeline management, and participation in events or meetings that enhance LearningShala’s presence in the education ecosystem.
