About the RoleThe Indian Public School (TIPS), Perungudi, is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic PYP Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging, student-centred learning environment for students in Grades 1–5.
Key Responsibilities• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary students.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Encourage inquiry-based and experiential learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary learning experiences.




• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Support students' academic, social and emotional development.

Qualifications & Skills• BA/MA in English or a relevant discipline.
• B.Ed. will be an added advantage.
• 0–2 years of teaching experience.
• Solid communication and classroom-management skills.
• Passion for working with primary-age students.
• Familiarity with IB/PYP methodology will be an added advantage.
