Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in West Delhi. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring proper merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. This role is responsible for monitoring sales performance, implementing promotions, and managing cash handling and basic reporting. The Store Manager addresses customer concerns, supports high service levels, and works to minimize loss and shrinkage.



The position involves scheduling team members, training new hires, and coordinating with senior management to achieve store targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and dedication to Customer Satisfaction.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.
• Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and daily operations.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrinkage and protect store assets.
• Prior experience in retail store operations or supervisory roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Basic numerical and computer skills for billing, reporting, and inventory tracking.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or management training is an advantage.
