Role Description The City Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai,



responsible for leading and growing Fairdeal Realtors’ commercial real estate operations within the city and surrounding region. The City Head oversees business development, client relationship management, and transaction execution, ensuring targets are met across office, retail, warehousing, and investment properties. Daily responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, guiding clients through property selection and negotiations, and coordinating closely with internal teams on market research, property listings, and deal documentation. The role involves building and mentoring a high-performing city team, setting clear performance goals, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and key market stakeholders. The City Head also monitors local market trends, develops city-level strategies, and upholds the organization’s standards of service quality, ethical conduct, and client satisfaction.
