Property Manager
Coliving | Zolo
Own the property. Drive occupancy. Deliver the numbers.

Compensation: ₹3.5 LPA Fixed + Monthly performance based incentives

Why this role exists
Zolo's Coliving business operates through properties that need to perform every single day — commercially and operationally.
A property can be clean and well managed, but if beds remain vacant, the business does not perform.
It can achieve strong occupancy, but if resident experience and operations break down, customers leave.
As we scale, we need solid on-ground business owners who can bring Sales and Operations together and take responsibility for the complete performance of a cluster.
This role exists to ensure that property:
• Maintains strong occupancy
• Converts available demand into bookings
• Creates local sales opportunities
• Delivers a strong resident experience
• Operates with discipline every day
• Resolves customer and operational issues quickly
• Has an accountable and high-performing property team

If the Property Manager is strong, beds get filled, residents stay, teams perform,

and properties run well.
If the Property Manager is weak, vacancies increase, sales opportunities get missed, complaints rise, and execution starts slipping.

Your mandate is clear
• Own business performance across propertey
• Drive Sales, bookings, and occupancy
• Convert walk-ins, leads, referrals, and local opportunities
• Identify and create new demand around your properties
• Own day-to-day property Operations
• Deliver strong resident experience and retention
• Lead and manage property-level teams
• Resolve customer and operational escalations
• Track performance numbers and take action when the cluster is behind target

This is not a property coordination role.
You are the business owner for your cluster — responsible for both filling the properties and running them well.
