Role Description The Sales Associate role at Ibis Services is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. In this role, the Sales Associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, respond to inquiries, and nurture client relationships through regular communication. The position involves understanding client event requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate service offerings and timely delivery.



The Sales Associate will track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and support the sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-event follow-up. This role also includes collaborating with the operations and creative teams to align client expectations with event solutions and participating in meetings, presentations, and on-site client interactions as needed.
