• Contract Manager - Should have experience in Contract document preparation of at least 3 projects each of them costing not less than 100 Cr using FIDIC conditions.
• Educational qualification- B.E/B. Tech (Civil)
Desirable: LLB Degree
• work experience -Minimum 10 years
2. Billing Engineer (Quantity Surveyor BIM enabled) - Should have experience in Supervision of at least one similar project (Museum, art gallery, exhibition centre, airport, Multi–Story Building) costing min Rs 125 Cr in BIM Setting.
