Ab Ovo Media is an influencer marketing and creator economy agency working with leading brands, platforms and e-commerce businesses across India.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate who understands the creator ecosystem and can independently manage influencer campaigns from creator research and outreach through execution and reporting.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple creators, timelines and stakeholders. You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly on time and to a high standard.
You will be expected to not just execute campaigns, but also contribute ideas, identify the right creators and proactively solve challenges during execution.

Campaign Planning & Creator Research

• Understand campaign briefs and assist in translating them into effective influencer strategies.




• Research and shortlist relevant creators based on audience, content quality, engagement, relevance, geography and campaign objectives.
• Identify recent and emerging creators across relevant platforms.
• Recommend suitable creators, content formats and campaign ideas.
• Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates and creator behaviour.

Campaign Execution & Management

• Manage influencer campaigns from creator outreach to final delivery.
• Handle creator communication, negotiations, follow-ups, briefing and content coordination.
• Coordinate content submissions, approvals, revisions and publishing timelines.
• Track campaign deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with creators, talent managers, clients and internal teams.
• Proactively follow up and resolve execution-related issues.
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers, documentation and records.
