ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager – E-Commerce & Quick Commerce to drive online business growth across leading marketplaces and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in platform business, sales growth, visibility, availability, profitability and account management, with the ability to build strong relationships with platform teams and drive business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own platform-wise sales, revenue, growth and profitability targets across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce.
• Manage key accounts across Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces, along with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other Q-Commerce platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Account Managers, Category Managers and platform teams. Develop and execute account plans to drive growth, market share and product assortment.
• Plan and execute platform promotions, deals,



visibility campaigns and events.
• Manage PPC / Retail Media campaigns and optimise ROAS and overall contribution.
• Monitor inventory, fill rates, availability and OOS in coordination with Supply Chain and Operations teams.
• Lead new SKU launches and product onboarding across platforms.
• Track sales, conversion, ROAS, profitability and key performance metrics; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Analyse competitor activity, category trends, pricing and platform performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly business reviews, including performance, challenges and action plans.
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• 4 – 6 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace / Quick Commerce / Key Account Management, preferably within FMCG or D2C.
