Role Description:
The Quality Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for monitoring and improving product and process quality across sheet metal manufacturing operations. Day-to-day activities include developing and implementing quality standards, conducting inspections and tests, analyzing defects,



and collaborating with Customer and production teams to resolve quality issues. The Quality Engineer will maintain documentation, support internal and external audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with design, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure that products meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance in a sheet metal fabrication.
2. PPAP level 3 documentation.
3. Understanding of relevant quality standards and tools (e.g., ISO systems, SPC, root cause analysis, 8D and CAPA).
4.Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to read technical drawings, use measuring instruments, and work with production and design teams.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
