? ADMIN EXECUTIVE – GOVERNMENT & HOSPITAL ACCOUNTSThis is not a routine administration role. The position offers hands-on exposure to:
? Government & Institutional Tenders
? GeM & Tender Documentation
? Government & Hospital Accounts
? Preparation & Evaluation of Quotations
? Commercial Analysis & Pricing
? Coordination with MNC Pharmaceutical Companies
? Coordination with Government & Corporate Hospitals
? Invoicing & Documentation
? Excel / Google Sheets & MIS
? SOP-based Process Management
? WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for someone who is:
✅ Good in Excel / Google Sheets




✅ Strong in Malayalam & English communication
✅ Hindi knowledge will be an advantage
✅ Organised and detail-oriented
✅ Good at follow-up and coordination
✅ Responsible and reliable
✅ Willing to learn and take ownership
✅ Interested in building a career in pharmaceutical distribution & institutional business

? SALARY & BENEFITSExperienced Candidates: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Freshers / Trainees: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000/month
