Role Description The Assistant Reservations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day reservations operations to optimize hotel occupancy and revenue.



This role includes supervising reservation agents, managing room inventory, monitoring reservation systems, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of individual and group bookings. The Assistant Reservations Manager collaborates closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue Management teams to implement rate strategies, manage overbooking controls, and support promotional campaigns. The role also involves handling escalated guest inquiries, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring that reservation procedures comply with Marriott policies and brand standards. In addition, the Assistant Reservations Manager supports training and coaching of reservations team members, maintaining performance metrics and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
