About The Role

Taggbox is a SaaS company helping brands leverage UGC, social proof, and visual content to strengthen their digital presence and customer engagement. We are looking for a Brand Manager who will own and strengthen Taggbox’s brand identity across digital and customer-facing touchpoints.

This role will work closely with the Marketing, Content, Social Media, Design, Video, Website, and Sales teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen Taggbox’s brand identity across digital and customer-facing channels.
• Manage end-to-end delivery across Content, Social Media, Design, Video, and Website teams.
• Develop and maintain brand voice, tone, messaging, and communication guidelines.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Oversee creation of company presentations, sales decks, case studies, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on client-facing and campaign-specific brand assets.
• Maintain the brand asset library, templates,



and brand guidelines.
• Monitor brand visibility, engagement, share of voice, and audience sentiment.
• Identify brand inconsistencies and recommend improvements across digital channels.
• Work with the Marketing Head to align brand strategy with business and marketing objectives.

Experience Required

• 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or a digital-first company preferred.
