Role Description The Managing Partner is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving the strategic growth, governance, and performance of Systematix Private Wealth. This role involves leading client relationship strategy,



overseeing advisory frameworks, and ensuring that all wealth management solutions align with the firm’s long-term, perspective-led philosophy. The Managing Partner will guide senior advisors and teams, shape business development initiatives, and represent the firm with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Daily responsibilities include reviewing client portfolios and mandates, supervising risk and compliance standards, refining operating processes, and making data-informed decisions to sustain disciplined, high-quality service delivery. The role also includes mentoring team members, cultivating a culture of thoughtful stewardship, and contributing to the evolution of the firm’s offerings and market positioning.
