We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Executive to oversee day-to-day store operations, inventory management, team coordination, and material movement while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Lead, supervise, train, schedule, and manage store staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory records covering receiving, storage, stocking, and material issuance/order fulfilment.
• Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyse reports related to inventory, material movement, and team performance.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure adequate stock availability and timely material delivery.




• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
• Ensure proper organization, identification, and upkeep of the store.
• Monitor store-related expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of all store activities.

Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a relevant field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in Stores, Inventory, Warehouse, Materials Management, or a related technical/industrial workplace.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Inventory/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of inventory control, material management, documentation, and store operations.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate effectively
