We are looking for a Finance Executive to support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations. This is a good prospect for a commerce graduate who wants hands-on exposure to accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, e-commerce transactions, GST support and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

● Create purchase orders (POs) for B2B and e-commerce customers.
● Prepare sales invoices and book purchase/vendor invoices accurately and on time.
● Support sales data syncing from Shopify/Easyecom and match the data with Tally.
● Assist with day-to-day Tally entries, vendor ledgers and master data creation.
● Prepare basic sales reports and support production entry reconciliation.
● Upload digitally signed invoices on required portals and carry out related checks.
● Check invoices, platform fees and vendor rates and highlight any unusual differences to the finance team.
Who Can Apply
● Fresh graduates with B.Com, BAF, BBI or an equivalent commerce degree
● 1-2 years of relevant experience
● Basic understanding of accounting concepts such as debit, credit and ledgers.




● Comfortable working with numbers and handling data accurately.
● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and simple lookups.
● Good typing speed and attention to detail.
● Willingness to learn and work on routine finance processes with accuracy.
● Internship or practical exposure in finance/accounts is an advantage, but not mandatory.
What You Will Learn
