The Indian wealth creation landscape is undergoing unprecedented growth, and we are expanding our wealth management franchise to lead this shift.
We are seeking a high-caliber Wealth Manager – Distribution Products to drive portfolio advisory, asset allocation, and product distribution for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, and Family Offices. In this role, you will leverage an institutional-grade platform, research, and product access to scale your client franchise and manage complex wealth mandates.

What You Will Drive (Key Responsibilities)
1. Strategic Wealth Advisory & Client Acquisition
• Originate and build relationships with HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients by delivering tailored asset allocation strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive financial diagnostic reviews to align client mandates with yield targets, liquidity requirements, and risk budgets.
• Serve as the primary wealth strategist, offering proactive portfolio rebalancing and macro market perspectives.

2. Distribution & Product Advisory




• Architect and execute wealth solutions across a multi-asset distribution stack:
• Public Markets: Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs - Cat I, II & III).
• Fixed Income & Yield: Corporate NCDs, Sovereign Debt, High-Yield Papers, and Structured Products.
• Private Markets & Alternates: Pre-IPO Equities, Venture Debt, Real Estate Funds, and Private Equity.
• Protection & Estate Planning: Tax-effective structures, Keyman/Life Protection, and Global Investment Solutions.
• Partner with in-house product committees and equity research desks to structure and syndicate high-conviction deal flows.

3. Wallet Share Expansion & Portfolio Growth
• Drive Net New Money (NNM) growth by identifying untapped capital pools within existing relationships.
• Cross-penetrate adjacent financial solutions, including Margin Trading Facility (MTF), Loan Against Securities (LAS), and Estate Structuring.
