As privacy legal counsel, you won't advise on a program. You'll build it and run it, from day one.
You'll work directly with engineering, product, security, and business teams to map how data moves,



decide what matters, and ship the controls. You bring a lawyer's judgment, an operator's bias for action, and the credibility to hold your own with engineers.

What You'll Own
• Global privacy strategy: Set the direction and own compliance across India's DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and emerging regulations. Turn regulatory change into clear priorities, not memos
• Privacy by design: Shape architectures, data models, APIs, and features before they ship. Turn legal requirements into standards for consent, retention, and deletion that teams can apply without waiting on Legal
• The privacy engine: Build the data maps, ROPAs, DPIAs, consent frameworks, and data-subject-rights workflows yourself, including the templates and tooling that let them scale
• Vendor and cross-border risk: Own privacy reviews, DPA negotiations, sub-processor risk, and cross-border transfer strategy across a multi-entity glo
