• Client Engagement: Welcome visitors into the showroom or consult via phone, email, and virtual platforms to understand their interior design or furnishing needs.
• Product Consultation: Explain features, materials, pricing, and customization options for interior solutions (such as furniture, flooring, or ceilings).
• Sales Closing: Follow up with warm leads, prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate terms, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Showroom & Pipeline Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized showroom display, update CRM software with client interactions, and track daily sales metrics.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, delivery,
or installation teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Graduate degree in any stream (Business, Marketing, or Interior Design preferred).
• Experience: Generally 1 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or inside/field sales (preferably within the interior, furniture, or real estate sector).
