• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Post job openings on various hiring platforms and social media channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process




• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience for new interns and employees
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, virtual events, and team-building activities
• Help draft HR documents, offer letters, internship certificates, and other HR-related communications
• Conduct basic research on HR trends, recruitment strategies, and employer branding practices
• Contribute ideas to improve hiring processes, employee experience, and workplace culture
