Your Day at Deyga Will Include:• Training retail teams on in-depth product knowledge, ingredients, benefits, and personalised skincare recommendations.
• Coaching teams on customer engagement, communication, grooming, skilled etiquette, and brand representation.
• Building exceptional selling skills, from understanding customer needs to handling objections and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Designing engaging training sessions, product demonstrations, role plays,
and performance assessments.
• Mentoring new joiners and ensuring every team member is confident, knowledgeable, and store-ready.
• Visiting Deyga stores across locations to evaluate service standards, identify skill gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Establishing a consistent, premium customer experience across every Deyga store.
What We Look For:• 1+ years of experience in retail training, customer experience, beauty, skincare, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A natural ability to coach, motivate, and develop people.
• A strong understanding of retail etiquette, customer psychology, and service excellence.
• A proactive personality with an eye for detail and a passion for setting high standards.
• Flexibility to travel across different cities for store training and team development.
