Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Interact with clients to understand project requirements and problem statements.
• Convert concepts and requirements into functional product designs.
• Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using CAD software, FDM/SLA, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, vacuum casting/laser cutting/other manufacturing methods.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for fabrication.
• Test, evaluate, and iterate product designs.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished products to clients.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle work pressure.
• Maintain documentation, BOMs, revision logs, and project trackers.




• Support the senior design and engineering team as required.
• Knowledge of tolerances, DFM, and engineering fundamentals.
