Job Summary
Seeking a BI Specialist with strong expertise in Power BI and Insurance Analytics to design, develop, and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions for global insurance clients. The role will focus on transforming underwriting, claims, policy, and operational data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI.
• Create data models, semantic layers, KPIs, and self-service BI solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Optimize report performance, security, and governance.
• Support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.

Required Skills
• 7+ years of BI and reporting experience.
• Solid hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Data Warehousing platforms would be high preffered
• Knowledge of dashboard design, KPI frameworks, and reporting best practices.
