We build AI software for large Indian manufacturers and enterprises: tools that fix real operational problems, built by engineers who work closely with the client's team. This role is about finding the companies that need that, getting in front of the right people, and growing the accounts we already have. You will be close to clients from the first week, not just building lists for someone else.

What you'll own• Turning requirements into practical solutions. Sit in client conversations, get to the real problem behind the request, and work with our engineers to shape a solution that is realistic to build and worth paying for.
• Defining who we sell to. Build and sharpen our ideal customer profile: which industries, company sizes and roles feel the problem most, and who actually signs off.
• Cold calling. Reach decision-makers at manufacturing and enterprise companies and turn a cold call into a first meeting. Most calls won't land. The job is learning from the ones that do.
• LinkedIn campaigns, end to end. Design the full campaign: target accounts,



the people to reach inside them, messaging, follow-ups and content. Use it to open current accounts and to reach more people inside the ones we already work with.
• Measuring what works. Track replies, meetings and pipeline, and drop what isn't working quickly rather than repeating it.

What we're looking for• Comfort talking to senior people. You can hold a confident conversation with a plant head or managing director without hiding behind a script.
• Structured thinking. You can break a market into a target list, organise it in a spreadsheet, and explain why each account is on it.
• A working sense of what AI and software can do. You don't need to code, but you need enough understanding to have a credible conversation about it.
• Resilience and ownership. Rejection is most of the job. You keep going, and you own the result rather than the activity.
