Role Description The Head of Sales will lead and expand the sales function for Fynomics Financials, driving revenue growth across core advisory and investment matchmaking services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pimpri Chinchwad and involves setting sales strategies, defining targets,



and overseeing execution across key markets and customer segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and coaching the sales team, monitoring pipeline performance, optimizing account management practices, and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and go-to-market plans. The role will also involve building and maintaining strategic relationships with founders, SMEs, enterprises, and partners, preparing regular performance reports for leadership, and ensuring a data-driven, ethical, and client-centric sales culture.

Location- Hinjewadi, Pune
Salary Range- 3 to 4.5 LPA
