​Role / Designation: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Sales

​Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (100% Work From Office)

​Work Week: 6 days a week (Thursday Fixed Off)

​Timings:
​Regular Days: 12:15 PM – 9:30 PM (Day Shift)
​Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM (Webinar Shift starting at 11:00 AM)

​? Compensation & Salary Structure
​Package: Up to ₹11 LPA CTC
​Fixed: Up to ₹4.8 LPA
​Variable / Incentives: Up to ₹6.2 LPA
​For Freshers: Fixed monthly salary up to ₹25,000/month (can be higher based on exceptional interview performance).

​? Key Requirements & Eligibility:

1. ​Robust verbal and written communication skills in English.
2.



​Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for business development and sales.
3.​Must possess a personal laptop and be willing to carry it daily for work purposes.
4.​Experience in Sales / EdTech Sales is a plus, but ambitious freshers are welcome to apply
