Role Description The Asst. Quality Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. The position is responsible for supporting the development, implementation,



and monitoring of quality management systems for epoxy cast components and resin cast products. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing inspection processes, coordinating routine and type testing, documenting nonconformities, and assisting in root cause analysis and corrective actions. The role involves collaborating with production, design, and testing teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications, and to maintain adherence to relevant industry and regulatory requirements. The Asst. Quality Manager will also help drive continuous improvement initiatives, support customer audits, prepare quality reports, and contribute to training team members on quality procedures and best practices.
