Role Description The HSE Lead (Data Center and Construction) is a full-time, in office role based in Gujarat, India, responsible for overseeing health, safety,



and environmental practices across data center and construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies and procedures, conducting site inspections and risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations. The role involves investigating incidents, recommending corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining accurate HSE documentation and reports. The HSE Lead will coordinate and deliver safety training programs, promote safety awareness among project teams and contractors, and collaborate with project managers to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution. This position requires active engagement on-site to drive a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement in occupational health and environmental performance.
