Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune,



responsible for driving qualified opportunities and supporting revenue growth for Market Disc Media’s clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying target accounts using internal tools and data, executing outreach campaigns across phone, email, and digital channels, and scheduling discovery and follow-up meetings for the sales team. The role involves conducting market and account research, understanding buyer pain points, and tailoring messaging to align with client-specific value propositions. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide feedback on campaign performance to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
