Role SummaryWe are looking for an offline sales senior executive to drive field sales, develop dealer/retailer relationships, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities• Visit local markets, retailers, distributors, and shops to promote products.
• Generate leads through field visits and convert them into orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and retail counters.
• Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
• Handle order booking, payment follow-ups, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain daily sales reports and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements• 3–7 years of experience in offline/field sales.
• Experience in electronics, electrical, home appliances, home automation, or utility products preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
