Role Description The Business Development Head role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Gurgaon, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role is responsible for driving strategic growth across PoSH, POCSO,



and related training and consulting offerings, including developing and executing go-to-market plans, identifying current business opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Day-to-day activities include leading sales planning, managing key accounts, overseeing proposal development, conducting client presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. The Business Development Head will analyze market trends, refine value propositions, build partnerships, and collaborate closely with product, training, and operations teams to meet revenue and impact goals. The role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing business development team and representing NoMeansNo at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
