Role Description The Accountant role at Draftss is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting decision-making with accurate, timely reporting. Key tasks include maintaining general ledgers, processing invoices and payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank and financial statements.
The Accountant will prepare monthly and annual financial reports, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to track project-related expenses, monitor subscription revenue, and optimize financial processes for a growing digital services business.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, including experience with general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency with accounting and financial software (e.g., Zoho Payroll), and solid skills in spreadsheets and data analysis tools.
• Experience preparing financial statements, management reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
