Role Description The Payroll Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities for the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing payroll accurately and on schedule, maintaining employee payroll records, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. The role involves calculating wages,



overtime, incentives, and deductions, handling payroll taxes, managing garnishments, and coordinating with payroll service providers or internal stakeholders as needed. The Payroll Specialist will also respond to employee queries regarding compensation and pay slips, support audits and reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements in payroll operations. Collaboration with HR, finance, and management teams will be essential to ensure reliable, transparent, and timely payroll management.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration, with experience managing end-to-end payroll cycles.
• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and related statutory compliance, including filing, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience with Payroll Services, including coordination with external providers or use of payroll software and systems.
