Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee member acquisition and retention, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and ensure an exceptional experience for prospective and existing members. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential members, conducting club tours,



explaining services and membership options, and closing sales aligned with revenue targets. The role also involves building relationships with corporate and community partners, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with coaching and operations teams to align offerings with member needs. The Sales Manager is expected to maintain high professional standards, uphold the club’s brand values, and actively contribute to a performance-driven, member-centered culture.
