Role Responsibilities• Identify and research potential customers, businesses, and decision-makers that match Pilomation's target market.
• Generate qualified leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, calls, social media, online platforms, and other prospecting channels.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using professional networks, company databases, and online research.
• Initiate conversations with prospects and introduce relevant Pilomation products and solutions.




• Conduct outbound outreach campaigns and personalize communication based on prospect requirements and business needs.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements, business potential, interest level, and buying intent.
• Schedule product discussions, demonstrations, or meetings between qualified prospects and the relevant sales or business development team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through email, LinkedIn, calls, and direct communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, lead status, follow-ups, and conversion stages in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Acquisition teams to improve lead-generation and outreach strategies.
• Research prospects, industries, competitors, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Track outreach activities, response rates, qualified leads, meetings generated, and other SDR performance metrics.
