Relevant Experience: 4+ Years in Organisation Development (OD) & Learning and Development (L&D;)
CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred

About The Role
The role focuses on creating meaningful business impact through effective Learning, Capability Development,
Talent Management and Organisation Development interventions.
We are looking for someone who can understand business needs, identify people and capability gaps, and design and execute focused interventions rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
The role will also contribute to strengthening the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across Snapdeal and other group entities by understanding employee needs and translating them into meaningful people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to understand people, capability and organisational challenges.
• Design and execute OD and L&D; interventions aligned with business requirements.
• Drive learning, capability-building and leadership development initiatives.
• Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Identify capability gaps through data, business inputs and employee insights.
• Work on employee engagement and EVP initiatives
