About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised *Executive – Founder’s Office | HR & Operations* to work closely with the Founder and support the company across people management and day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys *taking ownership, coordinating with teams, solving problems and getting things done.*
Key Responsibilities
*HR*
- Support recruitment, interviews and onboarding.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries and HR communication.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
*Operations & Founder’s Office*
- Coordinate with teams and follow up on tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain trackers, reports and operational updates.
- Support the Founder with daily execution and special projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners when required.
- Identify operational gaps and help improve processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Operations, Administration or a startup environment.
• Mandatory D2C experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Workspace.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable multitasking.
- Someone who takes ownership and can work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
