Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, India. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing customer interactions, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring a seamless experience before, during, and after purchase. Day-to-day tasks include using CRM tools to track customer engagement, segment customer profiles,



and support targeted communication and loyalty initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with sales and showroom teams to address customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and support retention and upselling efforts. The role also includes analyzing customer data, preparing reports on customer trends, and recommending improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
