Role Description
The NPD–Protein role is a full-time, on-site position based in Connaught Place. This role involves leading end-to-end new product development for protein and related nutrition products, including concept creation, formulation design, and prototype testing. The professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as quality, regulatory, marketing, and production to ensure products meet safety, authenticity, and performance standards.



Daily responsibilities include market and consumer trend analysis, ingredient sourcing, coordination with manufacturing partners, documentation of product specifications, and continuous improvement of existing protein lines. The role also requires maintaining compliance with relevant food and nutrition regulations and supporting product launches through technical inputs and training materials.

Qualifications
• Experience in new product development for food, nutraceuticals, or dietary supplements, including formulation, trial runs, and scale-up.
• Understanding of regulatory and quality standards for food and nutrition products (e.g., FSSAI and relevant international guidelines).
• Ability to conduct market and consumer research, analyze trends, and translate insights into innovative product concepts.
