Trilo Infotech is a healthcare technology company building MedX 360, an AI-native Hospital Information System present across 10+ countries. We work with hospitals to digitise, streamline, and strengthen their clinical and operational workflows — from OPD to billing to pharmacy.

The Role
We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for deploying and supporting MedX 360 at hospital sites, working closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth go-lives and continued system performance.

We prefer candidates based in Kerala.

What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end HIS implementations at hospital sites
• Coordinate with internal teams and hospital stakeholders during go-live
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues
• Train hospital staff on system workflows




• Document configurations, processes, and support activities

What We're Looking For
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Hospital Management Systems
• Hands-on experience in HIS implementation and support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in office at hospital locations when required
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have
• Familiarity with hospital billing, pharmacy, or clinical workflows
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment
