What you'll do:
• Handle day-to-day operations for ocean and air shipments (import & export)
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, CHAs, and coloaders
• Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists)
• Track shipments, flag exceptions, and resolve issues proactively
• Update customers with timely shipment status and handle queries
• Maintain internal records and support process improvements
• Team Lead for Operations team
What we're looking for:
• 3+ years in freight forwarding or a freight forwarding company (not just logistics broadly)
• Working knowledge of ocean + air freight EXIM.
• Competent in document creation using Logistics softwares (BL, HBL, AWB, PL, etc.)
• Comfortable with Excel, email, and documentation.
• Based in or willing to commute to Gurugram (On-site 5.5 days/week)
• Degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred (not mandatory)
• Comfortable in Business English for Client-side conversations.
