Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Sales Manager at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within an assigned territory or segment, including planning, executing,



and monitoring sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams and agents, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring consistent pipeline development through prospecting and relationship-building with individual and corporate clients. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders such as underwriting, customer service, and claims teams to provide seamless customer experiences and resolve issues promptly. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare regular sales reports, support digital and bancassurance channels, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
