Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight brokerage and logistics, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of potential clients.



Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with operations to ensure service alignment, and managing follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term customers. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Business Development Executive will also conduct market research, track competitor activity, and provide regular sales reporting to support strategic growth initiatives.
