About Clickdee
Clickdee is a performance marketing company running pay-per-call and lead generation campaigns across insurance (Medicare, Final Expense, ACA, auto, home, life) and home services. We work with ad platforms, call buyers, and traffic partners across the US, and our team moves quickly.

The role
You'll work directly with our CEO, Priyanshu Mittal, and own his calendar, inbox, LinkedIn, and follow-ups. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks: meetings happen, decisions get written down, and the team knows what was agreed and when it's due.

What you'll do
• Calendar: Schedule and manage meetings with buyers, partners, vendors, and the internal team, including calls on US time zones. Protect the CEO's focus time.
• Email: Triage the CEO's inbox every day. Flag what needs his attention, draft replies to routine messages, and route invoices and admin to the right people.
• LinkedIn: Manage the CEO's profile and messages. Filter connection requests, respond to inbound pitches, and publish posts he has approved.
• Meeting follow-through: Take notes,



circulate action items with owners and deadlines, and remind team members before things are due.
• Weekly review prep: Every week, give the CEO a list of what was committed, what was done, and what's still open.
• Light reporting: Pull daily or weekly performance numbers from our existing dashboards into a simple summary.
• Admin: Keep partner and buyer contact lists up to date, chase pending paperwork, and handle travel, tools, and subscriptions.

Who you are
• 1–3 years as an EA, PA, or in an operations or coordination role, ideally at a startup or agency
• Very organised. You don't need reminders yourself.
• Robust written English. You'll draft emails that go out under the CEO's name.
• Polite but persistent. You're comfortable following up with someone more than once.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, and calendar tools
• Can work some evening overlap with US time zones
