Role Description The Clinical Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based at the Nova IVF Fertility center in Mumbai. This role coordinates patient pathways from initial consultation through treatment completion, ensuring timely appointments,



pre-procedure preparation, and post-procedure follow-up. The Clinical Coordinator collaborates with IVF specialists, embryologists, nursing teams, and administrative staff to maintain accurate medical records, streamline clinical workflows, and support adherence to established protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include patient counseling on treatment steps, coordinating diagnostic and treatment schedules, monitoring documentation and consent processes, and escalating clinical concerns to appropriate medical personnel. The role also supports implementation of quality standards, assists in data collection for clinical audits and research initiatives, and contributes to a safe, empathetic, and efficient patient care environment.
